We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed stuffs with tags within 15 Days of buying for a refund or an exchange.

Please return things with a copy of the your cash on delivery slip and mention the reason for returning the items at 0309-9178699

You need to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on your own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges are not refundable.

Refund requests will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive the returned products.

All returns should be dispatched to the address written on our Cash on delivery slip.

The following information is required when you reflect the problem:

Image/video of defective items
